You should always contact the attorney's office directly if you have received text messages from anyone claiming to be an attorney or working for an attorney.

A man by the name of Nicolas Tejada 832-285-0883 claimed to be working of our office, and even sent a fake ID issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). DHS does not issue IDs for attorneys.

Before sending any money, you should always speak directly to the attorney's office to confirm that you are hiring an attorney to provide you with any immigration legal services.
