OUR ORIGINS
The Story
With more than 30 years behind us, our office started in 1986. Originally, it was a small office in Austin, Texas. Since then our goal to help the Latino community has grown to be immensely successful and well known throughout Texas and the United States.
At first, our services were positioned to serve a small immigrant community in and around Austin, Texas, but today, after 30 years of history, we've gone much further and are now representing Clients from around the world.
In April of 2017, our office went through another new change, always with the goal of improving our services for you. The Tejano-native attorney, Dagoverto Zavala, took over the legal and administrative direction of the office formerly known as the Law Offices of Gloria Vera, P.C. The name has changed, but the excellence, ethics and professionalism continue to be our guiding banner in helping families immigrate to the U.S.
Austin Immigration Attorney With 13 Years of Experience
Meet Attorney Dagoverto Zavala - 13 Years of Immigration Experience in Austin, Texas - Our Approach: Honest, Bilingual, Client-First - Areas We Serve
Zavala Law, PC is an Austin, Texas immigration law firm built on a simple belief: every family deserves a knowledgeable advocate who will fight for their future and explain every step in a language they understand. For 13 years, attorney Dagoverto Zavala has represented immigrants across Austin and throughout Texas, helping hundreds of clients each year obtain green cards, work permits, and U.S. citizenship while defending families facing deportation.
Meet Attorney Dagoverto Zavala. As the founder of Zavala Law, Dagoverto Zavala has dedicated his career to immigration law — one of the most demanding and constantly changing areas of U.S. practice. His clients describe him as honest, transparent, and deeply committed, qualities reflected in the firm’s strong reviews. He and his team handle each case personally, treating clients like family rather than file numbers. Bilingual service is at the heart of the practice: every consultation can take place fully in Spanish or English.
13 years of immigration experience. Immigration cases are rarely simple. A waiver, a prior removal order, or a complicated family history can change everything. With more than a decade of focused experience, Zavala Law has guided clients through nearly every type of family-based and humanitarian immigration matter — from straightforward marriage green cards to difficult cases involving inadmissibility, criminal issues, and removal proceedings. That experience means we can spot problems early, build the strongest possible case, and set realistic expectations from day one.
Our approach. We know that immigration decisions affect your family, your job, and your peace of mind. That is why we focus on clear communication, honest assessments, and transparent pricing. We will never promise a result we cannot deliver, and we will always tell you the truth about your options. When you hire Zavala Law, you get an experienced immigration attorney who answers your questions, returns your calls, and stands beside you from the first form to final approval.
