The VISA LOTTERY (AKA: Diversity Visa Program or Green Card Lottery)

The Diversity Visa Program is only available to citizens of countries from which there are historically low levels of immigration. Thus, citizens from Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras, Venezuela, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Canada among others are NOT ELIGIBLE for the Diversity Visa/Visa Lottery Program for the upcoming year 2025.
